Who we are

Veridae supplies research-grade compounds to qualified laboratories and researchers in the contiguous United States. Contact us any time at hello@veridae.co.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to create an account or place an order. Products are intended for qualified researchers and institutions doing legitimate in-vitro laboratory work. When you place an order you confirm that this describes you and that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the materials in your jurisdiction.

Research use only

Everything sold on this site is a research reagent. It is not a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food, or medical device, and it is not intended for human or animal use, administration, ingestion, injection, application, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. Our Research Use Policy is part of these Terms.

Product information and lot documentation

We describe compounds by chemical identity: name, synonyms, sequence where applicable, molecular formula and weight, appearance, storage conditions, SKU, and lot. When a lot ships, the documentation shown on the product's COA page is the documentation for that shipped lot. We do not make efficacy or safety claims for any use.

Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential and let us know at hello@veridae.co if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We may pause or close an account if it is used to break these Terms or applicable law.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, availability, and discounts shown at checkout are what apply to that order. Occasionally we may need to correct an obvious pricing or inventory error before an order ships; if that happens we will contact you and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel and refund. Placing an order authorizes us to charge the selected payment method for that order.

Payment methods are shown at checkout only when they are actively configured. Bank transfer and crypto orders ship after funds settle.

Rewards, discount codes, and promotions

Reward Points are earned on qualifying orders and can be redeemed at checkout subject to the current rewards rules shown on the product and checkout pages. Promotional codes have their own limits (minimum order, expiry, first-order-only, one-per-customer, etc.). We may adjust rewards or discount codes if they are used through obvious error or abuse; we will not adjust them because you took advantage of an offer as intended.

Shipping and delivery

See Shipping & Returns for where we ship, how orders are dispatched, and how we handle damaged, wrong, or undelivered shipments. Estimated processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations, returns, and remedies

Once a research reagent has left our facility we cannot verify how it was stored in transit or after delivery, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch. If an order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing an item, or is not delivered by the carrier, we will make it right (replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate) under the process in Shipping & Returns. This does not limit any statutory remedy you have.

Reviews and feedback

Honest reviews and feedback are welcome. We may reply publicly to a review to add context or correct a factual error, but we will not retaliate for lawful, honest reviews.

Intellectual property

The Veridae name, logo, product photography, and site content are ours. You may use them for personal reference and to accurately describe a specific order you received. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we have endorsed a third party's product.

Reasonable warranty; limits on liability

We stand behind the identity of what we ship, backed by the COA for that lot. We do not otherwise warrant fitness for any particular research purpose; that determination is yours. To the extent permitted by law and not otherwise limited by mandatory consumer rights, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here waives any mandatory consumer protection you have in your state of residence, nor any right to file a complaint with a regulator or to bring a matter in small claims court.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect for orders placed after the updated version is published. The current version marker is stamped onto every order at checkout for evidence.
